Took our order online but shop was closed when we went to collect

Can't follow simple instructions on notes

Have currently been waiting over 2.5 hours for the order. Can’t call the restaurant as the phone is clearly off the hook avoiding calls. Spoke to support 48 hours to see if I can get the refund. Shocking service.

Tandoori mixed grill meat was burnt black and very tough , salad was not fresh. Curry sauce and chips were good

Ordered a few times now. Food always great and piping hot. Also there are good options available that I haven't seen elsewhere (pizza fries for example)
